History
Wetteri has been operating in the car dealership industry since 1960 and is currently among the five largest private car dealerships in Finland by revenue. When considering all car dealerships, Wetteri ranks among the top ten in Finland by revenue. Wetteri possesses extensive and broad experience in the car dealership industry and is a sufficiently strong and credible player to consolidate the car dealership sector.
Due to its long and extensive operations, Wetteri is a strong brand known throughout Finland. The brand is particularly strong in Northern Finland, where, in addition to its recognition, Wetteri benefits from less competition in the car dealership industry.

| 1.4.2022 | Agreement on the sale of Wetteri Yhtiöt Oy to the current management, i.e., to a new company Themis Holding Oy, established by Aarne Simula's controlling company Simula Invest Oy and Markku Kankaala's controlling company PM Ruukki Oy. |
